Governor: 8 major fires in California in 48 hours

Speaking outside an emergency shelter, Gov. Gavin Newsom said there were eight major fires in California over the last 48 hours. He said power may be restored to some people starting Monday and the winds are forecast to die down on Tuesday. (Oct. 27)
