Swachh drive: BMC to give cash prizes of Rs 1.5L

From Rs500 which the BMC promised as part of its pothole challenge, the civic body has amped up the game. The civic body is offering Rs 1-Rs1.5 lakh cash rewards under a new contest where it plans to rank Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), hospitals, hotels, schools, markets, community toilets and public toilets based on its cleanliness quotient.
