The Shiv Sena has made it clear it will complete the Mumbai-Nagpur Samruddhi Expressway and name it after the party’s founder, Balasaheb Thackeray. On Wednesday, the cabinet led by CM Uddhav Thackeray approved an additional capital infusion of Rs3,500 crore for the now estimated Rs 55,355 crore project.
