Swamped with patients, hospitals don't have beds available and basic tests are being delayed. On Friday, a 65-year-old Dharavi resident, Hanumanta Buddha, who was suffering from fever and breathlessness, died in the casualty area of KEM Hospital. He tested positive for Covid-19 after his death. His family had been to two other hospitals before bringing him to KEM, where he waited for four to five hours for his blood test.
