'Give nod to restart Mumbai’s suburban locals'

CM Uddhav Thackeray, in his video conferencing interaction with PM Modi on Monday, sought permission to restart train services on Mumbai’s suburban railway lines to ferry people who are on essential services duty. He also requested the Centre for deployment of additional manpower so that the state’s exhausted police force could be given some days of rest in a phase-wise manner.
