'Follow safety norms or face another lockdown'

Reiterating that the war against Covid-19 will be won by the “whole-hearted participation” of people, CM Uddhav Thackeray said on Sunday the government has asked the railways to increase the number of suburban train services to accommodate more ‘categories’ of citizens.
