In yet another brutal murder during the lockdown, seven persons have been arrested for allegedly assaulting and killing a 27-yearold man and injuring two of his brothers in Chembur late Tuesday evening. The deceased has been identified as Prashant Panvalkar and his brothers are Shankar and Prahlad.
