Covid-19: Maha tally inches closer to 78,000

Maharashtra reported 123 Covid-19 fatalities on Thursday, its highest for a day. With this, the state’s toll jumped to 2,710. The highest toll reported in a 24-hour period earlier was 122, on Wednesday.
