Texas man who sold AR-15 rifle used in 2019 Midland-Odessa mass shooting pleads guilty to dealing firearms without license

Marcus Anthony Braziel, 45, pleaded guilty to one count of dealing firearms without a license and one count of subscribing to a false tax return.
